- The Beehive 4.0 client (BeeMail) separates the attachments from the email body and substitutes a Beehive URL for the attachments. The message body is then handled by the standard mail server. The Beehive 4.0 client (BeeMail), sends the files to the default https secure file transfer. - SendFile.Net Browser/Java Client
- When you have transient users or users that dont want to download the Beehive desktop client, use the SendFile.Net Browser/Java client. Try the browser client at http://www.SendFile.NET
- Four Simple Steps:
- 1) Launch the Sendfile Java client by clicking on the URL,
- 2) Fill out the form,
- 3) Attach the file(s) you want to send,
- 4) Click Send.

- Monitoring a Hot Folder
- When you need unattended operation, use Beehive in Automated Mode. Pre-select the folder/directory that you want Beehive to monitor and the intended remote destination. Beehive will automatically send the file(s) that are placed in the Hot Folder. Beehive operates on the polling cycle you set. Beehive can also cleanup by moving or deleting the folders from the local folder once they are moved. This mode is popular in Medical Transciption, Remote Backup and workflow automation.

It can also print the forms and email notifications and receipts.
